1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Magic Matrimony LLP is committed to maintaining a safe, responsible and respectful online matrimonial platform.

Magic Matrimony is exclusively intended for adults aged 18 years and above. Individuals below 18 years are not permitted to register, create profiles, access matchmaking services or communicate with members through our platform.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming and any form of sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Magic Matrimony:

• Creating, uploading, storing, sharing or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
• Grooming, soliciting or attempting to establish inappropriate sexual contact with minors.
• Using the platform to facilitate child trafficking or exploitation.
• Sharing content, links or communications that promote or facilitate child sexual abuse.
• Any conduct that endangers the safety, dignity or well-being of children.

Any violation of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Age Restrictions and Account Safety

Magic Matrimony is an adults-only matrimonial platform.

• All members must be at least 18 years old.
• Members must provide accurate age and identity information.
• Accounts reasonably suspected of belonging to minors may be suspended pending verification.
• Confirmed underage accounts will be removed.
• Attempts to bypass age restrictions are prohibited.

4. Reporting Inappropriate Content and Behaviour

Members can report suspicious profiles, photographs, messages and other inappropriate activities through the reporting facilities available in the application or by contacting our Child Safety Contact.

All reports will be reviewed and investigated appropriately.

Depending on the seriousness of the reported violation, actions may include:

• Reviewing the reported account and content.
• Removing prohibited content.
• Restricting or suspending accounts.
• Permanently terminating accounts involved in serious violations.
• Escalating suspected child exploitation cases to appropriate authorities where legally required.

5. Blocking and User Protection

Magic Matrimony provides member safety measures to help users manage unwanted interactions.

Members should use available blocking and reporting facilities to prevent further contact from accounts displaying suspicious or inappropriate behaviour.

Reports involving suspected child exploitation will be treated as serious safety matters.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Magic Matrimony LLP is committed to maintaining appropriate safety and moderation procedures.

These include:

• Reviewing reported profiles and photographs.
• Investigating complaints involving child safety.
• Taking action against prohibited content and accounts.
• Maintaining procedures for handling child-safety reports.
• Cooperating with relevant law enforcement agencies and authorities where legally required.

7. Child Safety Contact and Reporting
